Terms and Conditions

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded between the Noumi’s Vintage online store, located at https://www.noumisvintage.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store or Site) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and defines the terms of purchasing goods through the Site.

1. Basic Provisions

This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of placing an order. The Buyer confirms their consent to the terms and conditions established by this Agreement by checking the box “I accept the User Agreement” when placing an order.

This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the Site, is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The relations between the Buyer and the Online Store are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the sale of goods remotely (Article 497 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 25.10.2007 N 234-FZ), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.

The Buyer may be any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods ordered by them in the manner and on the terms established by this Agreement, on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The Online Store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be considered in the form as published on the Site, and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Information about the product

The product is presented on the Site in the form of a photo gallery.

Each photo of the product is accompanied by a price.

The buyer can request additional information or a photo of the product by writing to us at noumilac@gmail.com.

Prices on the Site may be changed, but only before placing an order and paying for the product.

3. Procedure for purchasing a product

The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented in the online store. The cost of delivery in the Russian Federation is fixed and is 450 rubles.

After placing an order, a letter confirming the acceptance of the order is sent to the Buyer's e-mail, indicating the names of the selected products and the total amount of the order.

4. Delivery of goods

Delivery of goods is carried out by courier service in Moscow or by mail / SDEK in Russia and the world after payment for the cost of the goods and delivery.

The costs of delivery of goods are paid by the buyer.

Shipment of goods occurs within 48 hours during working hours for orders in Russia and the world or during the next working day during working hours for orders in Moscow.
